North Bridge Plaza

North Bridge Plaza building located in Bridgewater NJ; consisting of a 27,000 sf, 2 1/2 story professional/medical building. North Bridge Properties obtained planning board entitlements, demolished existing restaurant buildings, and managed engineering, design, architectural, site and building construction. North Bridge Properties currently owns and manages this property.

West Main Street Commercial

West Main St Commercial Building located in Somerville NJ; consisting of a 3 story building with 5,700 SF of retail (Team Capital Bank) and 8 residential apartments (Marriot Execustay) on the 2nd and 3rd floors. North Bridge Properties acquired and received entitlements for this downtown Somerville property and was directly responsible for land acquisition, construction management, site and building construction, lease up, project/asset management, and asset disposition. The building is 22,800 SF including the lower level.

Hillsborough Single Family Homes

A subdivision of four custom built single family homes including road improvements. This project is typical to other NBP constructed single family developments. The subdivision is comprised of 3,000+ square foot homes on 2.5 acre lots, complete with custom design and finishes.

Flemington Single Family Homes

North Bridge Properties bought, acquired entitlements, and completed a five lot single family home subdivision in September 2019. The homes were built on 1-acre lots and consisted of 2,500 square foot homes with custom design and finishes.

Tapatio Springs Texas - Townhomes

Located just outside San Antonio, this project is slated to consist of 52 townhomes ranging in size from 1,820 - 2,040 square feet overlooking the Tapatio Springs Golf Course Resort.

Mantua Township Commercial

A currently under construction, multi-phased commercial development located in Mantua Township, New Jersey. The first pad property, a 9,200 SF Dollar General was completed in November 2020. The remaining Phase 1 site is slated for construction of a 2,000 SF Dunkin Donuts, a 2,000 SF retail pad, a 3,200 SF Fast Food Pad and a16,400 SF multi-tenant retail building. In total, the first phase will consist of 32,800 SF of retail space. The remaining property is currently in the pre-development stages for one medical building with underground parking totaling 27,720 SF.

New Brunswick Multifamily

Located in the heart of New Brunswick, NJ, currently in the pre-development and approvals stage. This 14 story apartment building will consist of 285 residential units atop a 3 story garage, equipped with terrace, amenity, restaurant & retail spaces.

The Gateway - Somerville Multifamily

Located in Somerville, NJ, currently in the pre-development and approvals stage. This 5 story apartment building will consist of 250 residential units atop a 2 story garage, equipped with terrace, amenity, restaurant & retail spaces.
